Polar Bear Siku

The year 2011 has a theme that is inspired by the polar regions and the surrounding oceans. This area is threatened by global warming, so Swarovski has chosen a typical animal species to emphasize this threat. The polar bear is a powerful symbol for a species that is in danger of extinction due to the changing climate. The faceted Moonlight crystal has a bluish glow and typifies the icy environment of these bears. The eyes and nose are made of Jet crystal. Siku comes with a title plaque of Aurora Borealis Crystal, which symbolizes the aurora.
